What to Expect

Our process is always customer driven

When it comes to roofing, windows, pole barn construction, renovations, or remodels, our process is always customer driven. Our team is experienced handles all the details, but that doesn’t mean the customer is not involved. On the contrary, you are the most important part of the process.

First home appointment
Here’s where you tell us your overall wants and needs for the project while we determine how we can best achieve it. We’ll evaluate the existing environment, determine how to incorporate the new design, and keep a keen focus on the most important uses of the target area. Our discussion includes your ideas, our suggestions and an assessment of the expected project budget.

Verbal & written estimates
Based on our detailed discussion, we can offer a verbal rough estimate. If that estimate aligns with your budget, we will move forward with a formal written estimate.

Initial design proposal
If you give us the nod to proceed, we take the next step of presenting the initial design for your review. We give you the rundown on everything included in the project, making sure we’re on the same page with your expectations and what we aim to achieve.

Construction agreement
More detailed paperwork comes next, with a construction agreement that includes the specific services to be performed as well as time frames for major milestones and incremental payments.

Open communication
Project manager Matthew remains available to discuss your overall project at each stage of the game. His goal is to ensure the daily work is completed to stick with the outlined schedule, keeping your project swiftly and steadily moving forward.

Detailed walkthrough
Before work is complete, we walk with you through the project to record any small items or details that need to be altered to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the final product.

Information packet
Once the work is complete, upon request we can provide a packet of information about warranted products used for the job. This information is handy to keep on hand for future reference.

Timely followup
We like to check in to make sure you’re happy with the work, and we do so with a satisfaction survey. This is your chance to identify ways we can further streamline and improve the Esh Builders process to produce even more satisfied customers down the line.
