Detached Garage Construction with Vinyl Siding and Metal Roof

We completed the ground-up construction of a new detached garage and versatile workspace in Lykens. Our team managed the entire process, from the concrete block foundation and slab to the structural framing with LVL beams and pressure-treated posts. We established a high-performance building envelope using ZIP System sheathing and house wrap to ensure long-term durability and weather protection. The exterior was finished with Gray Flannel vinyl siding and Artisan Clay soffits to create a clean, modern appearance. We installed single-hung vinyl windows to provide ample natural light and functional access points. The final build includes a durable metal roof and a dedicated interior utility area with a double-basin sink and recessed lighting, delivering a fully realized outbuilding for our client.
