“ESH Builders completed our replacement doors and porch project in a timely manner and kept us updated from start to finish. When it was noticed one replacement door had not been initially ordered when the other doors were, they quickly corrected the issue. They even went a step further and attached spouting at no extra cost. We love our new porch and can already tell a difference for home temperature with the new energy efficient doors. “This was probably the best experience my husband Don and I have ever had with a contractor. From start to finish, Michael, Matthew, Allen, Steven, and their crew were outstanding. Because our project was quite large (standing seam roof, siding, gutters, Provia door), we spent a great deal of time and effort in making our choices and even changed our mind a few (hundred) times. We were never made to feel like we were a bother when we made a change or asked for another sample. Their primary focus was always making sure that we were 100% happy with the outcome. The crews arrived on time, were professional, and worked hard in extremely hot weather. Their work was excellent, with great attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves, and after the project was done, it was like they were never there. We are absolutely thrilled with how it all turned out and give Esh Builders the highest recommendation possible. One of the comments people often make is that "Esh is so expensive". However, when you receive the excellent personalized service and quality workmanship the Esh staff provide, it is absolutely worth every penny!!!!”

“From start to finish they were always in contact with me if I called they picked up every time and most of all the prices they gave me was amazing I had 6 quote they were the best and there were here on-time even threw the snows we had. When Esh Builders LLC was able to come fix the roof, they came as soon as all the snow was gone. Very professional, when the roof was fixed, there was nothing left for me to clean up. “The Crews that did our Roof were always on time, professional and willing to answer any and all of our questions. We were well pleased with the job. The final crew that did the rain spouting / gutters indicated that we might have trouble with run off from two of the down spouts. The thaw in January proved them correct. This will need to be addressed in the spring. Other than that, we will gladly recommend your company to family and friends.”

“I needed to have nearly every window in my house replaced because my windows were unusable and drafty due to their condition and age. I received a couple estimates before I called Esh Builders. Michael visited and was extremely friendly. He provided a thorough overview of my options and gave me a detailed estimate. Not only was the projected cost reasonable, but there were no pressure tactics or any of the shenanigans you typically encounter with home improvement companies. I signed the contract and the team got me on the schedule. The project leads offered excellent communication along the way. “We had the absolute best experience with Esh Builders. From the very beginning of the project to the end, it exceeded my expectations. We had a couple shingles come off during a wind storm & I knew it was time to replace the roof. So I contacted Esh and they sent Michael out to look at the roof and get an estimate together on what it would cost to replace the roof. He went above and beyond with his explanation and answering all of my questions. He even went back up onto the roof and put a sealant around where the shingles came off to ensure that no water could get in. This spoke loudly for me and I really appreciated it. I knew after he left I wanted Esh Builders to do the repair on the roof. We ended up getting an ABM Metal roof in the charcoal color and brand new gutters, rainspouting and leaf guards in black. It looks amazing together. The insulation of the roof and rainspouting was quick and impressive. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have any other projects that I need done. If you need work done, contact Esh Builders, you won’t be disappointed.”

They came back for a few hours on day 2 to finish a few remaining tasks. On-site team did wonderful work and took the time to clean up afterwards. “Esh Builders did a small window repair job for me. My house was built 20 years ago and with an easterly wind during heavy rains, the window below would leak. Esh Builders came out and pulled the siding off, tape and flashed the window and replaced the "J" Channel. “Out deck project with Esh had a number of things go wrong but each time Esh was quick to respond and make things right. For example they misunderstood which lattice we wanted and when I noticed the wrong kind the day the project started they made sure to get the right kind. We also noticed an oil stain on one of the pretreated beams and they plan on cleaning it up for us with no added charge. They also helped screw on the pergola without added charge. And when I noticed the invoice I paid was slightly over the agree upon amount they sent me a check in the mail.”

“My wife and I needed a roof replacement as ours was around 25 years. We did a ton of research into what is the best roof that will last essentially our lifetime and the conclusion came to be a standing seam, metal roof. After contacting a few roofing companies in the Camp Hill, PA area none of them did this type of work. We found Esh Builders through the material suppliers’ website as a certified standing seam installer. After reading online reviews on this company, we utilized the contact form on Esh Builders website and received a prompt response from the company. Ervin Esh was out to our house within a week to go on our roof and provide us a quote. After quick deliberation, my wife and I decided to proceed with the standing seam roof. An idea my wife and I have been tossing around as well was to install a shed style dormer on our house. After talking with Ervin about adding this work into the contract we also decided to make this a reality! So, Esh builders were going to build this dormer, install the standing seam roof, install new gutters, and leaf guards- my wife and I were very excited! The design process with Esh Builders went great, initial drawings of the dormer came out and we went through multiple iterations of this design until it was exactly what we wanted. The company was very accommodating to work with on this design phase. After the building permits were approved and some months later, the Esh building team came on site. The speed at which they worked was amazing. Within a day our old roof was torn off and simultaneously a new roof was being installed while the dormer was built. During the building phase the company did a great job cleaning as they went; nails were picked up and the roof was covered daily. Communication on the progress and next steps was given to us often, and we never felt like we did not understand what was going on with the build. After two weeks, the project was complete. The only lag was due to the correct color coming for the gutters. When it came, this was done in a day. After the installation Ervin Esh checked in multiple times to see how we liked the project as well as brought us a Christmas pie!. We will be doing business with Esh builders again as it was a very pleasant and easy process! Thanks Ervin and Matthew Esh!”

“Esh was willing to help me reattached a peice of siding onto our 3 story house. They fit me into the already busy schedule within a week. The techs that came out new exactly what to do and were even willing to do so in the pouring rain. “Recently had some shingle caps come off our roof due to high winds. Called the next day to get a temporary fix and a permanent repair later. They had a representative come out to assess the damage and said it was able to be repaired that day. Kudos to the young man who went onto the roof in inclement weather to do the repair. The price was exactly as quoted and done in a timely manner. They cleaned up every day and had a friendly crew that enjoyed working with their employer Esh Builders. “Quick response and excellent work. We had some structural issues with the framing - smaller jobs which other contractors wouldn't come out for. Esh Builders was out quickly and did the repairs well.
