Profiles & Styles
The shape of the boards changes the whole character of the house. These are the profiles we install across our ProVia and Mastic lines.
Traditional lap
The classic horizontal look. Double 5 inch clapboard, with other widths by line.
Dutch lap
A shadowed notch along each board for a more dimensional, hand-carved look.
Board & batten
Vertical boards with raised battens. A farmhouse look that suits Central PA homes.
Vinyl shakes
The texture of cedar shakes without the upkeep, for gables and accent walls.
Colors
A sample of ProVia's vinyl siding palette, from bright whites to deep berry reds. The shades below are representative and the range varies by line, so ask us for current color chips before you decide.
Accessories
The pieces behind and around the siding that make a job watertight and finished. We spec these on every re-side.
House wrap underlayment
A weather-resistant barrier that goes on before the siding, like ProVia's e-Housewrap, to shed water and cut drafts behind the wall.
Mounting blocks
A trimmed-out block that gives an outlet, a light, or any other fixture a flat surface to sit against, instead of cutting it into the siding. It frames the fixture cleanly and keeps water out where it meets the wall.
