Metal Roof and Gabled Porch Addition in Hegins

We completed a comprehensive exterior transformation for this Hegins home, focusing on a full-scale roof replacement and a new structural addition. Our team installed a durable metal roof across the entire ranch-style residence and the detached two-car garage. To enhance the outdoor living space, we framed and built a custom gabled porch roof to cover the existing 28-foot by 12-foot stamped concrete patio.

We utilized a standing seam metal roofing system equipped with integrated snow guards and updated plumbing vent flashings for long-term weather protection. The new porch structure was finished with a white soffit and fascia system to match the home’s trim and light brick exterior. These upgrades provide a seamless architectural transition and create a functional, all-weather area for outdoor dining and relaxation.
